BABA up 10% pre-market

It was oversold earlier this week. Seeing some odd action in the calls and knowing that earnings would be announced in the pre-market hours, I took a flyer prior to closing yesterday and picked up some at 79.88, setting a stop-loss at 76. It's been stuck in a trading range of roughly 80-85 for quite awhile. If it can hold above 85 and begin building a new base in the 85-90 range, I think it can build an upward trend going through this quarter.

I believe this is my 4th round with BABA. I won the first two. Lost the third badly & suddenly. Right now, round 4 is in my favor by a decent amount. But I'll keep moving up my trailing stop as it moves up. This one is a trade, not an investment for me. I'm also going to keep my eye on the 90 calls. I'd like to sell some covered calls there and if I get called out at 90, I won't care.

$94.20 A/H off a $93.88 close on above average volume.

On this one, I'll accept that it's better to be lucky than good. But it seems that Alibaba backed Baozun's IPO helped BABA today, even though the offering was lackluster.

i'm in at $82.... have it in my roth so i can cash it out with no penalties.... should i hold on or sell(thinking about picking up rds.b or xom)
