Nearly identical % here since last November.
I have 2 separate accounts, one a roll over to and IRA from 10 years with one company and one is my current 401K with nearly 10 years with this company. I keep them separate for diversity reasons. That's 20 combined years in the market and the jump that last 24 months has opened my eyes a bit.
So to answer the OP, it takes 15 plus years to really see movement and that's only if you stay diligent... never stop investing.
