anyone own or have experience with climate controlled storage units?

I have a lead on a climate controlled storage complex along with some retail commercial property that is included in the deal and was wondering if anyone had good or bad things to say about ownership, management, cash flow, insurance?

Location is most important then management good buisness to be in if not a lot of comp in area most have positive cash flow if bought at correct price they are priced pretty high from what I have seen I would look at last three years actual cash receipts then see if anything has changed like New comp in area or area going down in value

I own a facility and the key is great location, nice clean facility and good management. Some markets are saturated. Can you disclose the city in which your lead is located? I built my facility from the ground up.
