I'm considering buying into one, but would need help with a private investor or SBA loan. What is some pertinent information I need for the potential investor from the Franchisor? I
The total cost to buy in
The financial performance of the stores that are currently open in the US
The investors ROI
List of costs
Franchise agreement
Any insight would be appreciated

Yes my siblings and I bought into one and I would worry way more about the person managing it that anything else. We are part of a fund that owns a few franchises and I hate it. The guy that runs it is just a money guy and the restaurants need restaurant people managing them.

Well if I buy into this particular franchise, I would run operations. Not the restaurant industry; clothing industry.

I tried buying an NFL Franchise, they told me I didn't have enough money.
If I were to invest in one as a silent investor, I would want to know about your background, why you are qualified, and what the market looks like in your area.

Yes, and it was a huge mistake. In the future I will only consider huge established brands like subway, smoothie king and the like to get into.
