Does anyone use this? I just launched it and i'm looking at it, but haven't figured out how all this stuff works. Is it worth the time to learn how to use it or would I be better off with out it?

Download the thinkorswim desktop software instead, it's much better.

I looked at that but it wasn't showing my options properly. It may have just been a bug. Any good resources on how to learn thinkorswim?

Options work great for me on TOS, that's mostly all I trade.
Go to the chat rooms and open shadow trader during market hours. They also have classes after hours.
Also when you go into the chat room, click on "watch" for the broad cast.
