I can assure you that I am no where near rich... But when you have 50% of the people paying over 97% of the taxes.... We have a BIG problem
But the proposed tax increase on the rich will keep our government running a whole 8 days.... That's right 8 days
And we've still yet to find out how we will reform entitlements... Medicare & Medicaid are unsustainable in their current form

I won't derail the thread any further. My only point was that if it comes down to the middle class eating a tax increase or the super rich eating a tax increase..... 100 times out of a 100, it's going to be the middle class.
My combined household income is going from a top 25%ish in 2012 to a top 5% income in 2013.
I'm fricked either way.
