About to start trading on the side again. Can anybody beat these rates?

Called about funding my old account from a few years ago and was pleasantly surprised to know that my rates were still grandfathered in.

They are:

Options:
The lower of:
$1.50/contract
OR
$0.65/contract with a $4.95 fee

Stocks:
The lower of:
$0.15/share with $5.00 minimum
OR
$9.95 flat rate

I'm pretty pumped about this, judging from the rates I have seen being advertised currently. Anybody have anything near this good?

I trade through Scott or TDAmeritrade at 7 for stocks/ETF's. And I've got a boatload of free trades.

17 for mutual funds.

Interactive Brokers have the lowest commission I've found.

https://interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=commission&p=stocks

STOCKS
United States
Example
100 Shares @ USD 25 Share Price = USD 1.00
1,000 Shares @ USD 25 Share Price = USD 5.00
1,000 Shares @ USD 0.25 Share Price = USD 1.25
Flat Rate Minimum Per Order Maximum Per Order
USD0.005 1 per share USD 1.00 0.5% of trade value 2

OPTIONS
United States - Smart Routed: <=10,000 Monthly Contracts
Example
1 Contract @ USD 2 Premium = USD 1.00
2 Contracts @ USD 5 Premium = USD 1.40
3 Contracts @ USD 0.075 Premium = USD 1.50
5 Contracts @ USD 0.03 Premium = USD 1.25
Commissions Minimum Per Order
Premium => USD 0.10 USD 0.70 per contract USD 1.00
USD 0.05 =< Premium < USD 0.10 USD 0.50 per contract USD 1.00
Premium < USD 0.05 USD 0.25 per contract USD 1.00

I second Interactive Brokers. I also have TD Ameritade and Vanguard and USAA and it's much less expensive if you're trading. I also used to trade at Scottrade.
