A business you could see thriving is Baton Rouge?

What is a business or maybe a few that you see a need for in Baton Rouge, or Louisiana in general. Something you have always wondered why we don't have it or something you think could make a lot of money in this environment.

Papa Murphys in new orleans... bc there are none.

I would think a D&B would do very well in both Baton Rouge and Lafayette.
Top Golf would be awesome but I'm not sure how successful it would be down here.
I'd love to see one of those flying chambers like they have in Dallas.

This is really hard without recommending food....I really want a Lupe Tortilla in town as well as a Sprouts Farmers Market.
Call me crazy but I don't see Dave and Buster's doing well here.
