That is really sad. The $1 house on Beechton St. was in the shadow of the Lincoln Plant (until 1952).

Detroit is in no way a good buy in any sense. tons of shite houses with shite people.

you do know that 80% of detroit is black and out of work. the suburbs are 80% white and doing great.
