msukb79 South Mississippi Member since May 2009 4876 posts	Quantum Leap (Posted on 11/6/09 at 5:54 p.m.) I was talking to a friend of mine and I brought up this TV show I used to LOVE it as a kid. I remember it coming on NBC on Wednesday nights after another of my favorite shows, Unsolved Mysteries. Any Fans of Quantum Leap in here? Sam and Al were the shite.

She's dancing by herself I think when he does it. Then it says that Sam never comes home There was word for a long time that there would be a QL movie

Afterwards the next season wasn't picked up so they went back in and added the text about Sam never leaping home.

What he's saying is that when they filmed it, they were intending it to be a season finale but before they got to air, learned they weren't getting renewed. So they added the text about Sam not getting home and advertised it as the series finale at that point. Chuck did the same thing last year. Last year's season finale could've been their series ender too so they filmed it to work both ways just in case.
