Have you informed him of this? Bottom line is you paid for a service he did not provide. Even if he would have given you better seats on the West Sideline with Field Passes, it STILL ISN'T what you paid for. And he knows this.
It's HIS problem he wasn't organized enough to inform you ahead of time your desired pair was no longer available. Since PayPal wasn't able to resolve the issue, can you just dispute it with the credit card company you used on file?
