LINK

Does anyone else think that it's total BS that a hardworking family such as the Zehyoue family is facing deportation while our own citizens are allowed to remain free and live off of taxpayers? I suggest that we load all of those who refuse to work or do anything to better themselves (black or white) and ship them off to some deserted island where than can kick back and relax together. This would make room for those who want to be here and "earn" a living. I'm guessing that within 5 years the U.S. would have a budget surplus if this would happen.

We need to encourage PRODUCERS like Z to stay and those who feed off the teat to leave.

It's a damn shame and I hope he gets it worked out.

This is crap. Tens of thousands don't (WON'T) contribute to society or the community. From what little I have heard and read...the Zehyoues have been quite productive. If you are willing to work and thrive in your community...Give them the Citizenship.

This is where it gets sticky. I mean can you honestly say that the people picking fruit in horrible conditions out here in Cali aren't "willing to work"? My girlfriend is an immigration lawyer and from what I have learned from her experiences, immigration laws in America are very stringent.

How about saying these are good people contributing to our society instead of getting into your personal negative political ramblings?

That kind of negative thinking is exactly why it is harder to allow the Zehyoue's to stay.

Sad to say...but teachers don't work in their profession for the cash. It is to help people. They are not here to feed of of our tax money, different from a lot of people. They are contributing to our country. End of story...we are a nation of immigrants.

.

This is the "rant", correct? Part of what people do on here is express their personal ramblings, whether it be positive or negative, political or religious or social or meaningless. Do you think the world would be a better place if everyone kept their mouth shut unless they had something "positive" to say? Personally (if I may) I don't have anything positive to say about people whose only contribution to society is committing crime, but I guess one way to look at it is if it weren't for these people many law enforcement personnel would be without jobs.
