Your thoughts on improving the in-game experience at the PMAC?

Great atmosphere last night. There were points in the game were the crowd REALLY came alive and inspired the team. Last night's game was an example of the best atmosphere LSU Basketball can produce. With that being said, is there anything you would like to see added or changed that you feel would enhance the environment?
Aside from a new scoreboard, I would like to hear a little less Bengal Brass and more piped in music to keep the crowd going.
Thoughts?

This has been my main request for years now. Piped in music at arenas is what basketball is all about.
The band can play but not as much. A little before the game, maybe every other official TO, going into halftime, etc.

pipe in loud obnoxious music.

Student section is a joke.
If they moved it back, LSU would lose revenue, so that's not happening. But, they could move the band up to the 200s and move the media, and allow the students to take up the entire bottom on the east side. That would be a real improvement for the students, IMO.

Find a Coach that will be competent in more than one home game per year! Play better competition in early games!

the students should be behind the goals on both sides, they don't need the 200 and 300 sections. All of the student section in the lower end.

It's not an SEC rule, FWIW.

-Move the pep band to the top and out of the way
-Move press row
-Student section back to side of court
-Better scoreboard
Or just
-new arena with seating much closer to the court and less wasted space

The band sucks the life out of the arena, especially near the student section. It's so loud and boring.

I know that. But it's all I want

If it's so important to you, there is nothing stopping students from paying the full price for season tickets in the lower bowl along the sidelines.

2014 USA TODAY article. Good enough for you?
BATON ROUGE — The first beer sales for LSU football games in Tiger Stadium may be on tap soon, LSU athletic director Joe Alleva said at the Baton Rouge Press Club on Monday afternoon.
"As we talk about the fan experience, which is very important, I think there may come a day that we may sell beer at college events at LSU," Alleva said when asked about the possibility. "I think at some point — I don't know if it will be five years from now, 10 years from now — but I think at some point, I think it's going to happen."
The Southeastern Conference office has rules against any of its 14 member institutions selling beer at any athletic events.

a good test case would be selling beer at basketball and baseball games before rolling out to football

Except for the fact that most students can't afford them? That seems like a legitimate reason
