LT Okeke/ Malone
LG Teuhema/ Brumfield
C Pocic/ Dodd
RG Clapp/ Campbell or Boutte
RT Weathersby/ Brown
TE Jeter/ Smith
FB Moore/ Mouton
HB Fournette/ Guice
QB Harris/ Etling
WR Dural/ Ferguson
WR Dupre/ Johnson

LDE Godchaux/ Clark or Lawrence
NT Lacouture/ Gilmore or Alexander
RDE Neal/ Herron
OLB Riley/ Teuhema or Thompson
OLB Key/ Bower
ILB Beckwith/ Voorhies
ILB White/ Alexander
SS Adams/ Battle
FS Jefferson/ Paris
CB White/ Jackson
CB Toliver/ Smith

This is how I see things shaking out by the time the season rolls around. I think Okeke steps up and mans LT. I'd like to see Pocic slide out there, but I have a gut feeling he stays at C.

Rashard Lawrence and Ed Alexander should hit the ground running as soon as they step on campus. I think they see playing time this year, but guys like Clark and Gilmore will push hard to get on the field as well. I like our depth up front and am excited to see the new 3-4 alignment. Give me your thoughts. What would you change from my list?

I thought I saw somewhere that Herron was running at the nose with godchaux and CL flanking him.

I agree with most of that. But think chark and Dee Anderson will have a shot at #2 wrs.
Battle at s is for sure 2 deep also.

I agree. I don't know how I forgot about Chark. He should definitely see the field this year.

On paper that is such a badass 2 deep!! Really hope it translates onto the field this year. Could really be special. I like Voorhies over White early early on just off experience alone, but see White takeover as season progresses. Also I see Pocic remaining at center. I hope Okeke can put it together and become a star at LT.

I don't think LT will be Okeke, he may need to start out at G and then make his way out to tackle, the key to oline will be where Pocic ends up, that will shuffle everyone else, if Teuhema can handle LT he could be there as well with Clapp at C to free Pocic up for a move to a more natural position. After watching last year, Malone is not a tackle. Campbell might be ready to come in and play G right away in fr class.

TE we could really use Gordon back

FB need to use Ducre somewhere, maybe LB

WR Dee Anderson will see the field from early spring reviews

DL will be interesting to see where Logan fits in

Ducre has gotten passed up since day one. As a rb he's like #5 and as a fb he got passed up by a walkon and by a hb that wasn't even there for spring.

I would just go ahead and put 3 WRs out there. When we are in those sets it will be:

Dupre
Dural
Johnson

After that, I think it will be a constant rotation, but the guys I fully expect to play are:

Chark
Ferguson
Drake Davis - Going by nothing but his high school film. Not to say the other freshman won't play, but after watching his film, I think he will have the biggest impact. Size, speed, athleticism. He has it all.

OT will be the big spot to fill, on both sides. We are breaking in two new starters vs Wisc, and the rest of the SEC....MUST get this right or it could really be our achilles heel.

Would not surprise me at all to see Pocic move to OT, and the rest of the line adjusted with best 4 who are ready to play - Teuhema, Clapp, X, Y?

Beck and White at ILB would be stout! Speed and physicality at the 2d level.

Yeah, our tackle choices can make or break this team. Chidi is the ideal candidate for the LT spot but as it was reported earlier, he is still learning the game.

I think they are set with Weathersby at RT. With experience last year I'm not concerned about that. Finding that one other guy for either RT or Center will be the key. With the amount of guys battling for playing time I'm not too worried the OL.

The D line is gonna be stout with players back and new guys for depth.

If #6 can get it done could be a special year

For me, Neal needs to step up and have a big year or possibly clark. The other three positions are nice.

No

Voorhies is playing inside, and has actually been running with the 1s with Donnie a couple practices this spring while KB is nursing his knee.
Divinity has been playing outside
