1. Do you dislike Les because he is becoming Big Game Les and can't win them consistently?
2. Do you not like his quirky way of answering things and leaves you with a WTH reaction and head scratching. You would rather an In your face get right to the point kind of coach.
3. He controls too much of the offense and doesn't get the most out of his players. You wish he would just sit back and let the coordinaters call the plays.
4. He is just mediocre. Where did the LET ER RIP go?
5. You don't mind losing. It's just THE WAY we are losing. No adjustments.
6. Are you ready for a change of pace, new look, new attitude to make the most out of our talent and be coached better.
If you agreed to all of these, then remove the horse blinders and realize you want the best HC for THE TEAM you pull for to bring in a new look new gameplan and new attitude.
