Rohan was big while at LSU but i would naver had considered him fat while he was there. And un-athletic? lol.

This was his true freshman year (97), the year he redshirted. He looked sloppy and soft and never in a million years did I look at him and think "football player". The other players were chiseled and he looked like a couch potato.

I smiled when the entire offensive and defensive lines sat next to me at the Pentagon cafeteria.

Dorsey said thanks when I handed him a ketchup bottle, and the entire table creaked when they sat them down.

I played intramural basketball and one of LSU's trainers was on our team. Somehow he got Stanley Roberts to play for us. We're all thinking we'll go undefeated and blow everyone out. Wrong. Dude did nothing but stay outside the 3 point line and throw up bricks the entire game. No defense. No rebounds. Nothing. Never even went into the paint.

I still hate Stanley Roberts.

care to guess what grade his big, unattending arse got? A

Unattending? As I recall he only missed class when the team was traveling. I got an A in that class too.

I worked at the Foreign Language Lab and Bradie James used to check in every week to do his required 30 mins of Swahili outside of class. As the semester, progressed, he began checking into the lab during class time, which was against the rules. One day I said to him, "Bradie, I can't let you keep doing this." His eyes got big and he said "You serious man?" I told him I was fricking with him and checked him in. He laughed and called me a smartass.

Also, while tailgating at the Bama game in '05, David Toms knew someone we were with. As a few of us were dishing up our food, my friend's dad sees him there and says, "Hey, you're David Toms...cool." He laughed and shook our hands.

also got to hang out with Brad Smalling for a while on multiple occasions. prolly the biggest pussy i have ever met in my life. he would whine about his childhood and how he had a rough upbringing and what not. this most certainly translated on the football field as well.

i was a jr or sr in hs and i couldnt believe that someone that big and physically imposing could be such a bitch. he would tell me how he would skip practice sometimes to have to take care of "his" kids. thing was they werent his. it was some north LA road trash chick he was in love with's kids. this was a huge disappointment.

as far as JJ kicking my nephew... that was some good shite.

i also remember close after the time Dunson got owned in Tigerland parking lot. he started banging one of my neighbors. i remember seeing him about a week later with his face still fricked up. it was hilarious.

no offense, but you type like one of those never-was HS guys who hate on any big guy who's well-known. Note: I said "type" like it and kept the derrogatory jab from being aimed.

eh, he missed waaaayyyy more than I did. I vividly recall sitting in Broussard Hall asking him how he did......started laughing. All BS aside, I always liked the shite out of him. Except the night he busted Anthony Marshall's arse......that wasn't cool.

I stand by my statement. Who the frick shows up at a MLB park to see Warren Morris. I was probably the only one out of 30,000 that even knew his name. No reason to act like that. And frick you

In the 1980's while at LSU I had occasion on a couple of summers to live next door to Oliver Lawrence, a LB from Monroe area. Guy worked during the summers at one of the chemical plants across the river as a "security" guard making something like $15 an hour. He had a lot of great stories about his being recruited by Barry Switzerland, Jackie Sherrill and some awfully generous boosters from Ole Miss. He was a class act and really nice guy. I still have a LSU practice ball he gave me.

Also I had occasion to play intramural basketball against Eric Hill and Karl Dunbar. They could ball...

Best: During the aftermath of Hurricane Gustav, when we had the 8pm curfew, my roommates and I decided to get 9 Dragon. Apparently, everybody else decided they wanted 9 Dragon as well. I'd say around 100 of us are hanging out in the parking lot waiting for our meals, Ciron Black and Herman Johnson included. The cops roll through the parking lot and looking at my watch I realized it was 8:15. I told my friends that we better run inside and grab something or we might not be eating tonight. Everyone else had the same idea, as the cops were telling us to go to our domiciles. But, then something amazing happend. Herman and Ciron stood guard as we all rushed inside of 9 Dragon and they started talking the cops down, telling him about the upcoming game on saturday and answering his questions about if it would be played or post-poned. We ended up getting our food and on the way out, I thanked them.

Worst: Parking Lot of WCA with Russell Shepard. This was during his freshman year, when he was fresh off the hype of his 5-star status. I'm going around the loop, with a lady friend, trying to find a parking spot. Russell(didn't know it at the time) is coming the wrong way, and we meet, one of us has to back up. I know i'm in the right and so i just sit there and shrug my shoulders. We sat there for a good two minutes. He finally backed up and let me by, but as i was sliding past, he rolled down his window and I saw who he was and he put his hands over his neck, as if to insinuate he was going to choke me. I retorted with a choking the chicken motion, in which I pretended to finish, out of the car. This was not well received. Deangelo Peterson was also in the car.

I've been in the vicinity of Shaq a few times, and my brother tutored Chris Jackson while he was there. Got me an autographed SI cover. That's about all I have.
