People who don't give a shite about the basketball team just post because they are ignorant and reactionary. Not to mention, they use the same worthless excuse about winning bringing in the fans.
We won in 2009, had three sellouts. Our fans claim that winning will bring in the fans. We were lousy at football in the 90s but still had decent crowds. We were average at baseball during the Smoke years but still had decent crowds.
But if the baseball loses five straight series or whatever it was last season, the Box will still be packed on a Saturday, because "we should still support this team to get them over their slump." It's a whole lot of hypocrisy.

Agreed. Patience will pay off next year. Would be nice to see some progression the rest of the season though.
