I'm not reading all this bullshite, but having played ball at a relatively high level, I'll tell you hitting coaches can matter slightly. Especially if a guy is not self aware enough to figure it out himself. But mostly, it comes down to shear talent. Either you can hit or you can't.

Dude JJ struggles to make the playoffs. CPM struggles to get us to the CWS. There is a huge difference!!
