you guys are the real deal. Team wise, I've never seen a program play a more composed game. Your punter played lights out. You don't make mistakes. You dont make too many penalties. Your defense makes plays. Not to mention that kickoff return was demoralizing. Absolutely killer. WVU had all the momentum and that ended the game. You cant expect to make as many mistakes as we did and beat the #1 team in the country. I was impressed with Geno. 1 INT wasnt his fault, the other was an amazing play by TM. Both QBs played well. Jarrett Lee is a great game manager.
Anyway, based on your fans and your program, I will be rooting for you guys to win the whole thing. I've always liked LSU. What's made WVU different than most programs is the chip on our shoulders we always play with. We take it personal when teams disrespect us (kentucky in basketball, Georgia and OU in football). LSU is the only team in the country who has that same edge to them. Except you have it to the next degree.
I know you guys hate WVU, based on reading this board, but our fans are very similar. Very passionate. Don't judge the entire fanbase by a few bad apples. It sounded like the LSU fans had a good time. Good luck the rest of the season. Here's to hoping we're SEC members sometime in the future.

i think we are basing it more on your ignorant silence of the lambs dickfrick of a coach than the fans.

Actually - WVU is one of our favorite teams ever...look at 2007.
Good luck the rest of the way!

relax buddy. I didnt ask for your negative comments on our coach. I like the fire Dana brings. Its a lot better than our last coach, who seemed to be all nicey-nice with every opposing team's coach. So this is refreshing, despite your viewpoint on it.

Really appreciate the class man. I gotta say overall last night was a very unique game. The fog the is BADASS, it woulda scared me if it had been a close game. That happen often for yall down there?
I'm defiantly rooting for you to win out the rest of the season so it looks good for us

Great post. I am a big WVU supporter now and am pulling for y'all to be added to the SEC if we go to 16. I hate the idea of adding Missouri over WVU. Good luck the rest of the year and hopefully y'all and Oregon both have top 10 finishes.

a) you said dont hate wvu based on fans, i gave you a different view of why we dont like wvu.
b) miles is pretty buddy buddy with other coaches for the most part. works out pretty well.
nobody likes an assclown showing up players on the field. the attitude your coach shows on the field effects your fans, as shown by them being so ignorant they boo a player injury on OFFENSE or SPECIAL TEAMS - like that could possibly be a fake to "slow you down"

Have never seen that before lol
I thought it was a dumpster fire or something. Anyway, I loved the atmosphere LSU allowed WVU to bring back to the program. The last 3 years were an absolute bore. From 2001-2007 Rich rod brought that atmosphere almost every game to morgantown. Like I said, we lost it. This is why I want to be in the SEC. We could have that kind of atmosphere every game. Despite winning or losing, it's a fun environment to play in.

whatever man. He gets into the game. SOOOO Refreshing, like I said.
I also noticed that despite LSU's offense not being flashy, it's effective. We didn't have the bodies to contain ford and ware. A lot of missed tackles. Especially on that damn kickoff

This.
WVU fan is right. They are us, to a degree fan wise. the SECr is full of LSU fans looking for vindication. We never really feel we get enough respect and when we do, we bitch that it's too much or not the right way.
LSU plays a physical style. I understand, in the heat of battle, a coach standing up and maybe going overboard for a wrong he may feel to one of his players. I would prefer that to a Brian Kelly type. WVU coach was gracious in his comments after the game and I accept that and the WVU fans
WVU fan really is LSU fan circa 1980-1988

Thanks for the post. Good luck the rest of the way. I too hope WVU comes to the SEC.

you realize he was belittling LSU players on the field why his team was getting its teeth kicked in, right?
that shouldnt be refreshing.

Thanks, I come to like WVU and hope they get into SEC considering FSU are scared.

It wasn't a few bad apples booing injured players, it was tens of thousands. I was ther. Up until then i thought y'all got a bad rap, not any more though. I wish you all your own bad Karma, which is a sh-tpot full!
