He's right though. Doesn't mean Etling sucks. Just meant he forced it. Against an SEC team turnovers can hurt.

What if he's trying to fire up Etling to bust arse this week at practice. Do we really want State to know who we plan on starting?

ETA- This is starting to feel like 2014 all over again...... But Etling could be the real deal if the line gets it together

I think he's trying to temper our expectations. Or he's trying to avoid throwing BH under the bus. Either way, he's not himself. He sounded HAPPIER after the Wisconsin loss.

I wouldn't call throwing a deep ball to your 6'5" wr in single coverage who has a step a force. A decent reliever uses his body and catches that under thrown ball 8 out of 10 times.
