I'm sorry that you know everything about basketball...except that you don't. LSU had 4th rated class and A&M had the 8th according to Rivals. According to 247, LSU was 4th, and A&M was 5th. Don't come on here and claim something when it isn't the case at all...that is, unless you want to be proven wrong. In addition, I never said that we should dominate A&M just that we should be dominating more than we are. Unlike you, I don't spit out facts that are just plain wrong. You suck.

no margin for error at this point....2-0. Every loss puts us that much closer to missing the tourney.

This isn't football, recruiting rankings are skewed because of the small number of players signed by a team. Would you rather have a recruiting class of five 4-stars(5 total players) or a class of two 5-stars and one 4-star (3 total players)? Any coach in America would want the depth of five 4-star recruiting class. The math on that is pretty simple if you add up the players by total stars. A&M had 20 total stars and LSU 13 total stars. That's really not close when looking at simple math. Also anyone who follows LSU basketball recruiting knows that we have an open scholarship and fell short on filling that scholarship with the last class. We just missed out a couple of different times on different players most notably Malik Newman.

But back to the original point, you definitely did say that you think we should be dominating these teams and not just worrying about whether or not we are winning. We do not live in a bubble were there is only Ben Simmons and no one else. We are not the only team that has players.

A&M is a very talented and balanced team. They are clearly the best team in the SEC this year so far. We will beat them in BR when we play later in the season but we won't beat them in CS tonight.

I think we'll go 0-2 this week losing to alabama close Saturday. Then, I think we'll beat both of these teams in BR on Feb 13 and Feb 17.

I expect LSU to finish 13-5 in the SEC and 20-10 overall in the regular season.

A split was very important. It keeps LSU in it. Now, they have to win on Tuesday and find a way to win against OU next Saturday. They need to steal one in Columbia and at least get a split in Knoxville or Fayettville and win out at home. That couple with a win in the SEC Tournament will likely get them in.
