Would you consider 21-10 14-4 Number 1 seed in SEC tourney a success?

After how grim things looked early on?

i would say yes. Watching a few of these ranked teams tonight and i would love to see them against LSU in the dance. really feel like we can make at least the sweet 16.

Barring the bad start with injuries, that would be a very respectable turnaround. That should be good enough to get in, which would have been the expected goal.

How stupid...would we be happy if we were regular season SEC champs heading into the post season? No shite people would be happy.

14-4 *should* be good enough to get in?

Are the people in this thread being serious or are our fans just this stupid? I try to avoid this shite fest for the most part so maybe I'm out of touch with how dumb the posters are.

Considering there are 18 games.....I wouldn't be so sure.

For the regular season, absolutely. I want to win one or two in the tournament.

I had written this team off. In my mind, there was about a 2% chance they were going to turn it around.

So, if we end up anywhere near that record, I think it would be a huge success.

We need 19 wins to dance in my opinion. Maybe 20, but that is in for sure.
Any thoughts ?

I'd consider an elite 8 or sweet 16 appearance a successful season.

We're not even in the tourney yet LSU needs to play lights out just to get a decent seeding.

Shouldn't the expectations also include post season play? Who care's if you're the #1 seed in your conference and lose in the 1st round of the NCAA.
