Would things be different if players like

Collins, Noil, Willis, Robinson, Young, and any other big time La. prospect that left the state had said Yes to Les? I honestly think the problem is not having a bunch of young players. You can have young players and still be lined up properly on defense. However, I see a lack of discipline sometimes and breakdowns that occur frequently. Its been mentioned before so sorry to repeat that the offense is unimaginative and predictable. The only sign of opening it up comes when we are fighting to come back because we are down. Damn near caught 'em at the end last nite. What does that tell you? This ball control offense we run for 3 quarters is too damn predictable and good teams love playing against it.
Every year the bar gets set higher in college football...unfortunately, I don't see LSU elevating on the field to keep up. Need to change it up!!!

No. 2 class dude. It's literally the best we can get while saban is a coach so no it really wouldnt

Our recruiting classes are consistently elite. Talent isn't the problem.

It tells me MSU was playing prevent with second string. A fluke snap over the head by their second string center is all that made it even watchable.

If players like Gunner Kiel had the chest. Now you see why Miles made the comment he did. It set LSU back.

100% agree... but a lot of people say NFL attrition and youth are the problem. They are all Div 1 athletes not a box of rocks. If you lose, fine. But don't lose because you are not executing or being outcoached. If I see a team playing their hearts out and coaches adjusting their strategy every year to fit the players then I understand that losing is part of the game.
LSU could throw it with the best of em when Davey and Reed were lighting up the scoreboards. The coaching staff capitalized on their abilities and LSU was playing some fine football. My point is that Rohan and Josh though not the greatest of all time... sure looked like it because Fisher took advantage of their skills to the fullest. I just don't see that happening a lot today.
