Would LSU fans be ashamed to win a natty with Bama's schedule?

There's weak, and then there's pathetic.

Seeing as the strength of our 2003 and 2007 schedules is what made the ultimate difference in the end, I wanna be proud and say hell yes we'd be somewhat ashamed in backing our way into a natty.

Then again, I'd prefer the natty and resulting criticism I suppose.

Quite the quandary..no?

I think it is establish it doesn't matter how you get it as long as you get the natty title. I'd play all 12 cream puff and get a natty title for that proudly.

Team/Fans have ZERO control over their schedule. I hate that sooo many LSU fans point to the schedule. It makes it tough to defend living here.

I would take a NC if we had Hogwarts and the Louisiana School of the Deaf and the Dumb on the schedule.

You used the word "natty" 3 times. That is 3 too many.

While it shouldn't be that big of a deal, there is no denying the obvious advantage Bama has had solely due to schedule alone lately.

I feel for you living amongst the gumps brah...

no.

we could only dream.

1 stumble and you're out of the running for the biggest game (right OK St?)

I would love to look at the schedule and say if we can just avoid the 11 trap games we got this.

Our schedule is ALWAYS hard. This year is no different.

Stop the crying. Everyone is pissed because bama drew the longest straw and a easier path.

Just beat them and it doesn't matter.

Also, the schedule wouldn't really be that bad if we had one of the bye weeks mid season. We have a brutal 5 game stretch. Ole miss is in a really bad spot. That game makes me very uncomfortable.

I'm just proud LSU takes on the schedules we do.

Our 2011 schedule was lights out, and the 2013 schedule is arguably the toughest in the country, again.

It just bleaux's monkey balls our main rival, Alabama, get's to play cupcake skeds by comparison, and is taking home the hardware mainly because of their weak schedules lately.

Honestly, to me, a natty's a natty. You can argue who had the tougher SoS all you want, but who has the shiny thing in the trophy case in the end?

Not saying that's a good thing...hopefully the upcoming changes to college football will do something.
