Please let it be true. After driving to Atl and Nashville the last two weekends for less than stellar offensive performances I want to see the other half of the offense that Russell says will be exciting!

LINK

My fear is we shouldn't expect anything different, but winning ugly is better than losing.

We haven’t showed probably half the things that we can do in Tiger Stadium this weekend,” Shepard said. “[Offensive coordinator Gary] Crowton, he wanted to get these first two wins as basic as we can get.

We got a lot of things we haven’t shown that a lot of people are going to be excited to see.”

So there is a secret playbook. Awesome.

Makes alot of sense. Saving the meat of the offensive plays for your tougher games. I hope Shep is right.

I wish we had 20 more kids with Sheps enthusiasm, unselfishness and quick strike ability. You would think this kid grew up in Baton Rouge and was raised in Purple and Gold.

eta: And I would take winning ugly vs losing pretty anyday.

I don't know what to believe. First they talk about symplifying things for him to do better, and now they are going to open up the playbook?

LSU will finally unvail the new "FORD MUSTANG" in Tiger stadium. They have just been running it on idle.I look for Ford to have a breakout game, particularly, in the second half.Taking the training wheels off.

2008 and 2009 were all just a setup to unveil the secret playbook against MSU.

Final score: 182-0
JJ 97/100, 1,430yds, 26TD, 0INT

Didn't lsu only have 2 offensive td's last year?

One PR for td
One pick 6 for td
Two fg's?

I believe that. He's appears to be one of the more team-oriented players I myself have ever seen....

I think there's nothing more conducive for putting a complete game together than finally playing at home.

Carried over quote from MB, should have been:

After that performance he might as well claim Reggie's returned Heisman since he's just a college player and Vince Young doesn't need it. Realistically speaking, that is.

One person brought up their concern for the age of the roof, it is 17 years old. I really don't want to have to pay to replace this thing, it isn't in bad shape, no leaks, etc. Have any of you had to do this when trying to sell a house?

See above, even non-college kids make mistakes.
