20 years. Like they did for the 1996 guys last year?

Bama may have beat us in the BCS but give me the '97 CWS any day of the week...

Lol you wouldn't trade away 1 of 6 (5 in one decade and this particular one back to back) for that 2011 national title in football? Cmon man. I love baseball but I'd trade this one in a heartbeat.

Way to turn your back on the '97 team, Judas.

If anything, let's trade the '09 team

If we didn't get five championships in that decade, we wouldn't be on TV this weekend. The park would still only have a few hundred people, and no new stadiums in South Carolina, Texas, baton rouge, Starkville, etc. That decade of baseball changed the landscape and public interest in college baseball. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

So would I. That season was just like the Warriors last year in the NBA. If we had won that we'd have gone down amongst the greatest teams in CFB history. Destroyed two BCS conference championship OOC, beat the Orange, Cotton, and Rose bowl winners, had a crazy margin of victory. Beat the team we faced in the championship game in the regular season. But all that goes down the drain without the ring.

You don't think all that stays with 4 rings instead of 5? The question wasn't would you trade them all. It was would you trade 97. And yes I would because we won 4 more that decade including the year immediately before. The 2011 team would've gained immortal status as the GOAT season. The LSU baseball program already would have had that in the 90s with 4 titles.

Brandon Larson bang out your sister or something? Why do you hate the '97 team so much?

I'm sure they will. Look for them somewhere down the right field line where PM puts all of Skip's teams.

A HR in every game. Even a 1-0 win over GA. Will NEVER be done again

Not too mention the power structure and landscape of football going forward
