How much will the Spring Game tell about position battles specifically at quarterback? Last year guys like Dee Anderson did really well in the Spring Game but didn't get much playing time during the season. Is that because of Les Miles always letting seniority affect who plays rather than actual production or will CEO play whoever is playing the best rather than play the older guys?

Reports will surface that Etling's arm strength has increased 10 fold.

You are giving us all too much credit. By then we will all be football starved irrational hens.

All I know is I hope we pack the stadium and show those boys we're fired up for the future.

No more than the Peach Bowl was telling when Jordan Jefferson played like a stud to beat Georgia Tech.

If you do a Spring Game, you keep it pretty vanilla because your first opponent of the upcoming season has the right to come scout you. Best to keep things under the wraps.

Or it's best to practice things that you'll do in games so you have a chance to get good at them.

I hear you though. That's why Les was so conservative, he was saving the new wrinkles for right time in the big game. Lots of plays he liked, we just didn't have time to run them in the games

Dee Anderson burned some random walk on and all of a sudden, he was a stud on this board.

It's really gonna depend on who wears 18 and 7.
I mean, look it, that is the most pressing issue now, don't you think?
