It's funny seeing people freak out over an empty political threat.

People don't realize that this is a "chess move". He's trying to force the people that have corrupted the state over the past few years to step up to the plate and do things the correct way.

Man stop crying...at least he's trying something new. It may or may not work, but it's obvious the old regime has jacked things up.

Are you referring to political hacks in the state government?

Are TAF fees tax deductible now? That would be like having the fees for your hunting club or Zumba class tax deductible. Maybe even your weekly trip to the titty bar if we are making "hobbies" tax deductible.

I think Philanthropic donations to TAF are 100% deductible. Tradition Fund donations related to the purchase of tickets are deductible at 80% of what you paid.

Does the State own your hunting club or titty bar? The money donated to TAF goes to a State University, which is money that the State doesn't have to pay.

Yes, we've had them for decades. If anyone is foolish enough to think this one is serious about taking a major economical boost away from the city of Baton Rouge or state they aren't being very wise.

I know the state has an issue but our stupid f ing governor doesn't need to go on TV and make the statements he did. If you don't think that hurts LSU football recruiting then you are as dumb as he is. And I didn't vote for Vitter.

Actually the entire state is reaping the "rewards" of unnecessary austerity measures imposed by a right-wing ideologue who introduced ALEC-like policies at the behest of his national-party puppet masters -- all for an outside chance at the presidency.

So yes, reap that shite.
