Will it be possible to beat USCe with only around 100 yards passing?

I don't think they'll be the pushover most think they will be. They have a shot at redeeeming their season with a win over us. I just hope we're prepared.

Possible? Yes, of course, especially if LF gets his normal production

Optimal? No. Harris, the OL, and the WRs need to step up from here on out.

I think we can but I think Les' goal will be to grind out a 4th quarter win like we did against MSU. It;ll be like 24-21 winning on a last second field goal.

They beat MSU with 71 yards, and they're better than USC, so I hope so...

If the defense performs well, we could win by 20 points with less than 100 yards passing. I don't know why we wouldn't get 300 and score 21 with nothing else.

Yes.

I do.

The game may be semi-close (because most of our games are), but we'll dominate.

Harris has a stellar game passing. I predict he'll complete about 2/3 of his passes for maybe ~ 200 yds.

This game is set for bad Les to show up.

Almost every year we lay an egg against an inferior opponent.

2 years ago it was ole Miss with half thei team injured on the bench. Last year it was Arkansas.

Spurrier is 0-3 in SEC play, likely starting their 3rd string QB. By every measure LSU should blow them out.

We will either barely win, 24-21 or lose by a similar score.

Its going to be ugly. Much closer than it should be. But LSU will win.

I suppose it's possible, but USCe hasn't looked ready to play anyone this year. I'm not even sure Spurrier cares anymore at this point.

Yes of course. South Carolina is a bad team.

After last week's performance, I doubt we sleep walk through this week of practice. We'll be ready to go Saturday.

Fournette said postgame
quote:

It’s practice man. We were joking and playing around at practice and I think we can do better. I know we can do better. We’ve got to pick it up. We’ve got to pick up the pace at halftime. I pretty much got on them and Vadal (Alexander) got on them too about not playing physical and not playing smart.”

I trust that this teams leaders will have up for next game.

South Carolina is the Auburn of the East. We put up 34 points on Syracuse up in New York at 11 am. Penalities kept the game from being a 5 TD blowout.

Seriously, go look at their defensive numbers against Kentucky and Mizzu. Mizzu is terrible rushing the ball and they still averaged nearly 4 yards per carry (3.99). Kentucky is only slightly better, but they put up 207 yards and 3 TDs at 5.45 ypc. Mizzu's and Kentucky's average rushing production per game put together, is only 36 more yards than what Fournette averages per game. He also averages more rushing TDs per game.

We beat South Carolina by 2 TDs, but their QB is able to put 2 TDs up on us, and Cooper gets another. LSU wins 35-21.

Fournette 25 carries 260 yards 3 TDs

Let's stop predicting anything that has to do with passing, just so you don't get you hopes up alright?

We are traveling with an early kickoff time to an SEC opponent...I don't care what their record is...Spurrier is a master at reviewing game tape and exploiting what you give them...we will need to throw the ball much more and play much better defense

We could beat them with 0 yards passing honestly
