Yeah he was picked up by the Astros.

He should be able to find a spot in the bullpen alongside Gregerson, Neshek, Qualls and Sipp

Didn't you see him play that one half at auburn? There's no way he's improved since then or is any better than Jennings who is the worst statistical qb in the SEC

Of course he won't play. Coach Miles has been playing Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown since the Auburn game. He is the head coach, and if wanted Harris in the game Harris would be in the game. The fact that he is not says that Coach doesn't want him in the game, despite his claims that Harris will get some playing time.

The reason Harris didn't come in the last few games is because it wasn't good for the flow of the game (except maybe Arkansas). The theory was that if LSU was up enough then he would come in, but since every possession was critical to the games, pulling out a QB playing the whole game who had a feeling for the game and putting a true freshman didn't make sense.

Now for the Arkansas game, I would have put Harris in for the forth quarter. It was obviously not going with Jennings. Pulling Jennings from the A&M game would have been a bad idea. That being said, they just tried to put themselves in position to win games this year with terrible QB play.

Can only hope the offseason is as friendly to them as Mettenberger

Miles must REALLY love Jennings, he had a rough year period. Forget the worst QB in the SEC, it was bad folks. EXAM, Bama game 2 Completions at half and ONE WAS AN INT rite before half. If your backup is no better than this, we've got real problems

Harris has to take the job, the coaches just aren't going to give it to him.

Not unless Jennings is injured or throws 4 interceptions on his first 4 passes. The game will be too close for Harris to play. 21-19 Tigers.
