Pretty sure Wisky has more bars per capita than any other state. But I do think the difference is beer vs liquor

High end no? Assuming many miss due to the flooding.

The bars in Seattle ran out of beer. The bars in Columbia didn't run out of beer, but as a result, all the port-a-lets were filled up. Places underestimate how much Tiger fans consume

All of them?

ETA: Belgium alone has Abbeys/Monasteries which have been making "craft" beer for 500+ years.
OK, I'll give you that one. I barely remember my week in Belgium.

It gets crowded. And fun.
If you want something a little quieter, the other places like The Bar (right next door), and GB Distillery will be less busy.
Was there for the Saints v Packers in 2011. Was a fricking blast. The entire street from The Stadium View to Lambeau was packed like a clean Bourbon Street for Mardi Gras. And the Stadium View and The Bar(yes it's called that) will be very much like a college tailgate party atmosphere.
Eta. Been to Green Bay 3 other times. No way that town runs out of booze. Those blue collar mofos drink A LOT. Bars there Reminded me of Lafayette with an Accent and uglier women.

I spent a couple weeks up there a few years ago and they can't cook to save their lives but they can DEFINITELY drink with us. That's one of the few places in this country I'll say can do that.

Why would anyone drink Bud Light when you're in the craft beer capital of the whole planet?
That's Portland, not Seattle. Man, I wish LSU would play a game in Portland. Maybe we can play Oregon home and home. Of course, we'd have to build a stadium up here for that.
Portland might run out of Bud Light, but won't run out of craft beer and liquor.
ETA: The Belgians have been brewing beer longer and win on traditioin, but right now, the USA is making more different types of world class beer than any country in the world. You can say that the Belgians make better Belgian beers, but there are a lot of styles that we make better than anybody, and our diversity of styles is second to none.
I thank God we aren't as big on tradition when it comes to beer in the US, or we'd all still be drinking banquet beer.

Most of the bars here have more than their share of liquor. We'll be prepared for that, also. I know a couple of the owners and they're adding more Crown, etc.
I hear you are already reserving tailgating spots near the stadium already?

You dealing with Lutherans. They drink. So not a chance.

To this day, the reigning champion of running out of beer is Tucson, Arizona in 2003.
Their "strip" was dry by 3:00 for a 7:00 game. Every bar was out. Even a New Orleans-themed place called Fat Tuesday where I was hanging out. I remember beer trucks trying to get in around 5, but by that time it was too late.
They think they know, but they don't know.

They don't make "craft beer". And many people, like myself, prefer stouts, porters, and the like to the lighter Belgian and German offerings.
Regardless, the west side of Michigan, Indiana, and Chicago have some of the best craft breweries in the country, so fantastic beer is all over the midwest.

One way of looking at it. Ratio of bars to grocery stores.

Agree, but you must remember, this time BOTH teams fans are Alcoholics ! In the past, it's usually Badger or Packer fans that are drinking like that, this time, you're going to have some help!
Right, but the stadium holds what the stadium holds, no matter the split. Are there going to be extra people in town for this one? Sure. But you think there aren't extra people in town to "be near it" when Lambeau is hosting the NFC Championship game?
