I realize a total shift in philosophy won't occur due to time, but three to four weeks is plenty long enough to implement some wrinkles.

Will Les show enough in that game to allow some optimism for the 2016 offense?

Will he even be willing to mix it up in that game?

No, but the last 8 years will indicate what the future holds for the offense.

Maybe we can perfect the time on the flea flicker. Its our go-to play when we wanna confuse the hell out of the opponent

Bowl game offense will likely reflect past, present and future. There is no reason to believe anything significant will change.

Iowa was sure as hell a definite indication of 2014's offense.
But no..
If you don't know what our offense is and will continue to be, you haven't been paying attention..

Miles will toss dive them even if they stack 12 in the box.

He'll open it up and throw in an off left tackle hand off and a downfield pass to keep the defense honest. That'll confuse 'em.

The Miles offense is the ethereal, unattainable, immutable truth of the universe.

When you have NFL talent at every position, it is the safest, most surefire way to win games. It also demoralizes defenses. It is simple. It is hard to screw up. It is unstoppable. It grinds for 60 minutes and never lets up. There is no need for subterfuge or deception. All you do is execute, perfectly, at the most elite level, at every single position on the field. Every time.

Unfortunately, our team is made up of college students and the defenses in the SEC are particularly good at stopping the bread and butter of the Miles offense: the run up the gut.

It is not a bad offense. One day, given enough time and the near certainty of parallel universes, the entire starting 11 will be 1st round draft picks. The Miles offense will be the best squad ever.

IT IS ONLY A BAD OFFENSE IF YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE HUMAN FRAILTIES OF LINEAR TIME AND MORTALITY OF THE FLESH.

No more than spring practice or August practice. We run a wide open offense (on LSU terms) but shut it down when the real games come.

Hopefully, he puts together a game plan to win the game and worries about 2016 thereafter.

we showed some new stuff in the last bowl game actually. there was some poster on here who actually came on before it happened, told us some of what was gonna happen, and it did. I wish that guy would come back, he obviously had real sources (or first hand knowledge).
