So 19 whores cried rape when the football player they were banging started banging someone else and their status as the girl who's fricking a football player crumbled. Am I supposed to care?

If they don't care enough to press charges I don't care enough to believe that there's even a remote possibility they're telling the truth.

All this tells me is that FSU believes Jimbo might really be leaving so they're putting this shite out there to try to make themselves look better in all this.

Oh, and "special treatment" is defined as helping young men facing rape allegations them get a lawyer.

Community and administration wanted to be relevant at all costs and were willing to do whatever it took to get there. Jimbo wasn't controlling the administration into coverups. What about the Tallahassee police telling the Winston victim she could press charges but it's a football town and she should be prepared for the backlash? That's a problem that stretches far beyond a coach.

Yeah his hands prob were tied with Winston. Would make since to get out, LSU isn't afraid to boot high profile players. Basically Jimbo took the fall for the Winston deal and it made him look foolish.

FSU head strength coach is one of Moffitt's former assistants, Vic Villora(sp?). It would be interesting to see if Jimbo brought him back.

at first I was thinking moffit was giving a reason for jimbo to get out. Since it is deleted, now i think he was trying to shed bad light on Jimbo and maybe he is gone.

Kind of weird iMO. What does he have to gain? He's had years of recognition and a position at one of the highest paying gigs in the country to work with world class athletes. Was that not enough?

Maybe we are all looking too much into this.

Glad to see Moffit catching some flak for our players being soft. I've never understood why he was such a sacred cow around here.

Two LSU players going down recently for PEDs in the NFL doesn't look good either (Ego and Kwan). Then of course there's LaRon who has turned himself into Scott Steiner.

Yeah, it's starting to feel like a bad break-up. You have to wonder which side is gonna' throw the first punch.

Rape allegations to Steroid allegations?

I think if a player decides to cheat and use PEDs; then he won't go to his strength coach to get the steroids.

Yeah that's how I see it. Not saying he's a saint but it's hard to do anything about something that is a product of the culture around the community. Seems like even the police there are good ole boys for FSU. Baton Rouge PD likely would've gotten a warrant to seize his penis for forensic testing judging by how they did Jefferson

"Jimbo took the fall for the Winston deal and it made him look foolish"

No it makes Jimbo look like a guy who would not cave in to a lynch mob when he knew the player was innocent. The state attorney agreed.

In fact it spiked recruiting and let players know here was a man who will stand behind you.

An NC, and playoff appearance sure makes a guy look foolish heh, nobody wants that!

WTF are you talking about? His other shenanigans that got him suspended was during last season, The season he didnt win the heisman and they got their brains bashed in by oregon.

Yes he looked foolish when winston was suspended and showed up on the sideline in his fricking uniform. Sorry but to me that screams, I have no control over this guy.

Idk about recruiting:

2012 #3 class
2013 #11 Class
2014 #4 class

So I dont really see that big of a diff in recruiting. Yeah it went back up after winning a national title, but more factors play into those rankings, like number of schollies available and team needs. 2013 they signed 22 players, 2014 signed 29.

Maybe Coach Moffitt is just frustrated as hell about the whole situation, and is very passionate about his job ?

Do people not realize that a head coaching change directly affects the jobs of 30-40 people throughout the department ?
