I actually agree with Les practicing the passing game. But, the problem is, it was bad......really bad.

Watch any CFB yesterday? Any top 10 teams' games? Just curious.

Oh, ok. That explains why our receivers dropped all those balls

You play how you practice. If/when LSU drops a game, they will drop hard a d fast in the rankings. But let the apologist keep making excuses. Hey, at least we put the most guys on NFL rosters.

Right why is everyone surprised we played down to an opponent. If you've played sports at all you know how much of a possibility that is. Mentally you just aren't as motivated.

So finally Miles does what we always beg him to do: use a cream puff for practicing the passing game and everyone whines about it. Who cares? It was Eastern Michigan. Look we're good this year but we are the same LSU we've always been. Miles is as good as he is going to get. Expect a few bone-headed losses and some great wins and enjoy LSU football

Well said, and if we would have run the only, we probably would beat them 60 to 10 or so and people would have been up in arms because we didn't throw the ball. In the end, we beat the pants of them and notched another W. Enjoy the ride while the riding is good I say.

All i did was watch football yesterday before heading into the stadium. The problem here is your reading comprehension. I was not using a one day sample in my analogy. I was referring to LSU under Miles. Thats over a decade for you pumpers that cant help but defend Les Miles no matter what. Nothing that I said was based off of this one game but in typical rant fashion you sad people have to take posts out of context to make them fit your agenda. Whatever helps you cope... When we finish with two or three losses you will still be making excuses. I sit in section 303 every home game pulling for my team but i am a realist. I was there for the Hallman tenure so two or three loses wont tarnish the season for me. Can you say the same?

we can't blow out teams and get our weaknesses corrected and get reps for our younger players.

Isn't this exactly what we attempted yesterday? We played our younger players on defense, attempted to develop consistency in our passing game, and beat EMich by 22 points.

Know how many non-conference regular-season games we've lost during that decade? Fvcking zero.

We can address a loss when or if we lose. But we won yesterday, and I'm not a miserable frick, so I'm happy today.

Yes to all, except a different section.

The largest underdog in Tiger Stadium history (Rush said it on the pregame show) was in a one possession game in the fourth quarter. You pumpers are just plain obnoxious.

And that will be a problem if and when we find a team that can force us to pass. Which teams that we will face this year do you believe can actually STOP our rushing attack?

So pathetic but it's the common retort by jealous and butt hurt LSU fans. ONE data point.

It was 2007 and his first year at Bama.

Since then, seven straight years of double-digit win totals and three NCs.
