I am actually wondering this myself. the only thing that I can figure is that they plan to stoke up some dramatic storylines surrounding the hurricanes and the bitchfest that ensued among both team's administration last year.

Because watching LSU football these days is like watching a burning locomotive roll off a cliff and land on a bus load of kindergartners. Absolutely horrifying, but you can't help but watch. It's going to make for entertaining tragedy tv.
