Why does everyone think Bama's 2011 team is better than 2010?

2010 had a senior QB, better than 2011. 2010 team had Ingram and TR. Ingram is gone. No Julio Jones. Their record might be better this year, but is their team? In 2010, Tigers beat the Tide with a team that was not as good as the 2011 Tigers. This year, Tigers win by 2 TDs.

Their O is probably comparable but their D was like 9-10 new starters in '10. Much more experienced and healthy on D in '11.

Push at QB, better defense, push at RB.

my favorite part was when you didn't bring up the defense at all

Better starting RB
Better Defense
This team is hungry. Last year's team was content.
Too many LSU fans are banking on AJ to throw up on himself...and he may very well do it...but if thats what you are counting on..I feel confident.

And you can forget winning by 2 TDs/ NOT HAPPENING

Meh. Either team could win by two TDs.

I really don't care so long as the result is the same as in 2010.

WR's down without Julio. Running game is better. Ingram and Trent were injured last yr and only had 2400 rushing. We're at 1700 already now. Trent is 2 TD's from the Bama season record. Oline is more experienced. QB is nearly as good as it was, just a little below.

Defense is better, more experienced, more depth. This team is better than last years. More explosive and can choke offenses more than last year.

Lsu is improved too on both sides of the ball. Krag has done a great job with the QB's and the offense playing to it's talent, is giving the defense time to rest and allowing it to play to it's talent even more than last year, imo. Gonna be a great game.

Their Defense and run game are better. Their special teams is worse. Their passing game may or may not be better.
