i think duke is much better at qb and wr positions than lsu. duke's backup qb is better than lsu's qb. like i said before, acc is usually better at the skilled positions, sec just has the big boys in the trenches on both sides and sadly that is where games are won or lost. imagine boyd, watkins, hopkins, and ellington playing behind the hosses on lsu or florida or alabama, you are looking at an unbeatble team. :)

nc state is a pyscho team, they beat some good teams and lose to bad ones. Clemson fans like to snark that Tom O'Brien was the new Tommy Bowden due to the inconsistent results.
i don't think florida dominated fsu, fsu had some stupid turnovers and that was the difference, fsu actually dominated much of that game to get the lead back. i think if those teams played 10 times, it would be 5-5, they were pretty even, good defenses, somewhat shakey play at qb at times.

I think the better question is why does Clemson feel like they don't really belong in a bowl game against a top tier program?

i don't know if a 10 point win is a domination, considering they had the ball most of the game. our defense can't stop anybody on 3rd and long though, yet held them to 27 points.
i think if shaw had started the game, we would have won, the backup is a lot better passer.

You're proving everyones point for them. Clemson will lose this game because we have bigger and better players where it counts, yes no doubt you have a better QB and skilled position players but we have better "football" players where it counts. Watch what happens to your skilled position players on Dec. 31, just go watch the future Heisman trophy winner play against us after we figured him out, also see WVU and Oregon game from last year. i don't know much about your defense but i think USC has more NFL talent up front, their secondary isn't all that good. i don't think u have anybody as good as Clowney and that other guy they have, taylor i think his name is. we had no answer for clowney in the 2nd half, u guys don't have a game changer on defense like that as far as i know.
