Why all this GuiCe talk?

Guy is great, but this will be the Leonard Fournette show. Not to hammer him but GuiCe is the guy who dropped a swing pass on 3rd down against Florida...The guy who mishandled the toss dive against Florida. He COULD be the difference maker, but let's not forget who got us here.

Fournette can't carry it 50 times. Guice will get 7-10 carries and make them count.

He's gotten 7 carries in one game to date and that was when Fournette sat for over a quarter. Guice will have a great career at LSU but I don't expect him to have a real impact out of the backfield this week.

Agreed, post less. Guice is having a great freshman year. It's exciting to think how much better he will be next year and we have home 3 more years.

Guice is really good at football. It will take alot of players that are really good at football to beat Bama at their house.

Can't we just be excited for more than one player? LF is the man but wouldn't it be great for the relief to be amazing also....

LF will get his even though Bama will be keyed in on him,some see a possibility for Guice to get the edge,ala Mike Ford.

Ragland and Foster are off the field on 3rd & long plays, having Guice in the backfield would help keep their D spread out and a wheel route or a swing pass to Guice should go for big yards. Burn them with that a few times and then a bootleg to the other side will be open

I don't think anyone thinks Guice is capable of just taking over a game like this LF style yet. He is however very capable of making one game changing play or two. Something like the Yeldon play against us in 2012. We really need that guy to make the most of his touches.

This exactly. If LF has to carry it "50" times, Les will let him.
GuiCe has shown his age against Florida, which is expected, not shaming him. Harris did the same when he had too much to handle last year...
Point being, let LF do what he needs to do. If GuiCe produces, It's only a plus, But let the GuiCe talk simmer down.
