Going to take Ducre a while to pick up fullback. He was a running back for 4 years. If he wasn't running the ball, he was in a route. Did very little blocking.

The color analyst was making way bigger of deal of losing JDM then I think was actually warranted. Once LSU adjusted to using more 1 back sets, they started ripping big runs off left and right.

JDM is a good FB but the OL and RBs are way more of a reason when Run the ball so well.

If Dillon Gordon is back and healthy, move Moreau to an H-back type role.

That's all we need right now. The big kick arse blocking fullback is out for the Florida game. Doesn't matter who they put in. Their blocking and knowledge of who to block and assignments will not be there at the same level. Don't under estimate how valuable the starting fullback is in a run oriented Offense like this..................

Hopefully the linemen and Fournette can help Mouton in his assignments. Hopefully preparation as the starter will help as well. Mouton seemed to be murdering people Saturday when I watched him. In fact, on one play he blew up two SC players. Miles seems to think he played a good game.

Of course we would prefer the starter. But don't underestimate the backup Mouton. He ain't no joke either.

What was Moore's injury, exactly? Did Miles or anyone else say? They showed him on the sideline in warmups and he didn't have crutches and and I didn't notice a boot.
