Cotton just seems like he's playing on another level lately. Goody is great but hes been having a case of the Matty Otts. He gets blown up once and just can't seem to hang on. Don't get me wrong, well need both, but if you need that one game, I say Cotton.

Dude is LSU's all-time save leader. Don't knock the guy who pitched his guts out for LSU.

I like Cotton when he done good. I like Goody when he done good. They are both bad choices if they do bad. --signed. joe q. Rantard, esq.

Right now?
Cotton is zoned in, making good pitches. Goody is just in a funk/slump, its baseball he'll bounce back.

Goody if you need one inning. Cotton if you need 3 innings.

It was nice to have a 1-2-3 inning in the 9th for once, I'd keep Cotton in that role

If goody can take it, I wouldnt mind putting him in the normal cotton role and closing with cotton.

I've been a fan of cotton's since the first time he stepped up.... But I'm showing no bias when I say cotton.

Cotton has been solid with very few bad outings this season. Goody is the closer who all of a sudden either can't close, or is really struggling. I think they need to reverse roles--Let Goody & others set up Cotton as the closer!

Goody earlier but would have to be unconscious to not see Cotton is better the last few weeks...both good pitchers.
