Some one needs to fark a combo of espn, msnbc, and cnns breaking news into a genius meme that will be used for all time.

If it werent for football Id never watch MSESPN. I love it that they are losing so much money, hearing another 100 are on notice to be laid off.

Definitely Clay

He called it a long time ago about the political and money troubles MSESPN were going to have.
Outkick the Coverage.
Like he says if you arent listening to his morning show youre wasting your mind.

Or maybe someone could just stop being such a fricking pussy every time a commentator disagrees with their political views.

It's a sports network. Who gives a shite what their politics are?

I love how people shite on ESPN, but without their money, the SEC wouldn't be where it is.

These are not the same issues. In fact, if anything it reinforces the arguments of those who criticize ESPN. If your point is that ESPN's success is helpful to the SEC, then efforts to persuade those who oversee ESPN that they should intervene to stop the madness before no one watches anything but the games are in fact a good thing.

I applaud ESPN for seeking to diversify its on air personalities. And with diverse people come diverse viewpoints. But, they have clearly gone over the top and they have done so in a clearly leftist way (just contrast this Jemelle Hill fiasco with how they treated Linda Cohn and Curt Schilling). They used to be an outlet for guys to click on and get their daily sports fix. Now it's impossible to do that anymore between segments on why a bad QB who is a distraction can't get a job in the NFL and how colleges need to have zero tolerance for those accused of sexual harassment.

All of that stuff is relevant but not ALL...THE...TIME. And not if you are going to exclude traditional viewpoints and conservative viewpoints from the conversation.

Sorry for the rant, but it's baffling to me how ESPN can have turned the best of intentions into an overkill grease fire so quickly. I want my old ESPN back at least part of the time.

They "only watch the games" ...

the games they're paying to watch for 15 hours every weekend
