Is anyone willing to make a bet? Maybe 40 years in the desert for the loser? Or 40 days and nights on the mountain?

I'd rather spend 40 years in Afghanistan than 40 years in Tuscaloosa

Would Guice want it? Kid is going to be a superstar in his own right.

I know he likes #5 though.

If you're referencing Dylan Moses, maybe we promise it to him in recruiting, but I don't think he's the kind of superstar the other 3 guys are.

We could always just take a year off of it.

I don't understand the attachment of who wears what number. The number doesn't make them any better; they are supposed to be who and what they are. I understand a player wanting a certain number that he might have worn before if it is available. The number "18" hasn't always been what it is meant to be.
Now, at least a year away from being an issue you want to think or "worry" about the assignment of number "7". Enjoy the moment and all that will shake out in due time. Number "7" goes back to Bert Jones for me but any and no one will be him because of the number on his back!

Why not Devin White? It seems clear he'll take over after this year.

it should be Guice. That's the obvious choice imho.

Can I just say that Moses will lead us to the promised land and part the seas of the SEC west to the natty?
