Thanks for the find, guess my lurking memory was right.

Neat to see the comments on him. Little did they know he'd be the GOAT.

Don't you mean "O Holy (purple) Knight"?

Oh, and my apologies Elvis U.
He was 6'0" 210 lbs as a high school freshman? He only grew one more inch since then? Hmmm...

Yesterday on Bleacher Report a lady posted something like as of now the tweets regarding the Pope and Leonard Fournette could be used interchangeably. Then she deleted it for some reason.

Good one White Perch and I'm sure at least 80% on the rant said: "WTF"

Some gems in that thread
Here's Lester Earl

its the system everyone knows LSU can't pass its been that way for a few years so of course Ridley will be faced with a full box most of the time

i dont think Jordan Jefferson or Jarrett Lee will be around in 2014. shite Les Miles might not even be around.

Let's slow down on the Bo Jackson and Hershel Walker talk guys. Let him progress through high school first.

Leonard Fournette came along at a dark and archaic time in our history known as the pre-IPhone 6 era, so he was a relative unknown.

He was running over auburn babies at 11months old
Posted on 9/27/15 at 9:33 pm to tigerdude12
I knew about him when he was in 8th grade at St. Aug

idk, most people were shocked cus saban and miles offered a dude in middle school. It was a big deal. so I'd say the coaches knew about him from camps at a young age.
I think he was offered as a freshman. Dylan Moses was offered as an 8th grader. I'm pretty sure he was the first middle schooler to be offered.
