There is a discussion about alcohol sales at the CWS, but everyone seems to forget that softball has just as good or better chance at making the WCWS in Oklahoma City this year. I hope both make it, but I plan to be in OKC...discuss

Softball team no doubt, this could be the best team in LSU softball history.

I feel pretty good about softball getting there. They'll be really good. As for baseball, who knows. They'll have the pitching but it all just depends on how the line up comes together

I'm expecting a really big season from softball, hard not to after returning almost everyone from last year's WCWS team. No idea what to expect for baseball with nearly a brand new lineup, so softball has a much better shot.

Softball. Not sure if we're going to have to bats to make it to Omaha this year.

Softball. Believe it or not we go to a lot of games...same as baseball and football. Always catch a couple basketball games as well but this year not sure I could stomach the boys and JJ and know I can't stomach the girls...and I actually know NC

Softball. Pitching in baseball will be very good, but we won't get to Omaha with one position player returning. That just won't happen.

Pitching can make up for a lot if we have a solid Sunday pitcher.

Lange is special.

But he's not the only special Friday night pitcher in the SEC. Without hitters coming through, we'll lose a lot of games 2-0, 2-1, etc on those nights.

Well frick....the resident know it all has spoken. Forgive me for thinking we might have enough hitting to actually score. My bad.

Poor Torina. She's got the perfect situation for the fan base to start crashing down on her (much like Miles and Jones). She's got all the talent in the world and is coming off a WCWS birth. That means if she loses 3 games by midseason or god forbid a weekend series everyone will be calling for her job talking about how its her fault players regressed and can't get the job done. Our fan base has no sympathy for a fluke loss or just simply having an off game.

You get a pass for being a retard. If you were simply stupid, then you'd have to take some blame.

Kid I don't drive in 3 hours to watch every game but I make several games a year....every year. I didn't play college baseball, but hey I was 3 time all star in Dixie youth, does that count? Lmao

As for being a retard...as I told you in the past, I'll compare bank statements and college diplomas with you any day of the week. I realize you know it all, but hell I'll take my chances and live on the edge. Hell, you are the one that didn't have a clue about tailgate trailers.

I don't know what LSU will have. ...but despite the fact I'm not a pm fan, I'll trust that they have some pretty damb good talent coming in and might scratch out a run here and there.

Softball should make it to Wcws, they'll have a chance to win it but Michigan has their whole team coming back. Baseball should have pitching, but we'll see how we perform in the post season. CPM teams have really faded in the post season the past 5 years.

Are you going to OKC whether LSU is there or not? Baseball (LSU) fans will be in Omaha whether the Tigers no matter what.
