Randy Rosetta likely at the top of the list of softballs coming at us. I'm sure he'll compliment the team and coach in some way.

Is there anyone that will call JJ out for:
(1) his "pleasure" with energy level of the team
(2) his ridiculous 2 PF rigid rule regardless of situation (sitting CV with 2 PFs against A&M as the lead ballooned to 10, 15 and then 22).
(3) the fact that defense was never addressed even though discussed in every post game conference,
(4) how if the goal is to get better for next year, why doesn't playing in a tournament against good competition help accomplish this goal
(5) non-conference strength of schedule continues to be horrible (the one NCAA Tourney team we played non-conference this year - OU - was part of a conference challenge); although with the questionable team we have next year, I don't think Johnny will be looking for tough games

We know Johnny is not going to say anything of substance, except "I take full responsibility and we'll get better."

I don't have twitter, but people should inundate their twitters and social media ahead of time and challenge them to ask tough questions.

Can't hurt.

But this PC will be worthless. "We expected better, we are disappointed and are committed to righting the ship" /end PC

Here is the thing. These guys are sent there to do a story. They can ask a question all they want but that does not mean that the person will answer them. They know which questions they will answer and ask those so they can get their story.

Jaque will sometimes ask some tough questions, don't really see anybody else framing tough ones.

You can ask him anything you like the bottom line is does he, CJJ....see what his issues are and is he really willing to take the steps to change those. As he'll almost certainly be back next year, either he can give up or change. If he don't change it's inevitable and it may be too late even if he does.

But it's not really easy to change, and he'd have to change quite a few things IMHO. I think he needs to look at his system of accountability with the players because what he's used since he's been here ain't working.

I think he'll have to delegate coaching and strategic responsibilities to assistants. If you trust who you hired trust them to coach.

Those two things are the big ticket items that lots of smaller things fall under that IMHO he really needs to fundamentally change to even hope to salvage anything.

Sounds familiar. Has something similar happened in another major sport at LSU?

We've seen this over the course of years in football with the same inept offense and I'm still waiting to see said changes take shape.

Les? Sounds like we have the same person coaching basketball and football. When does LSU cut bait though?

The real problem with Johnny to me is that he knows what the problems are. He just doesn't know how to communicate them to his players. After every loss this year he came out and said what exactly is wrong he just doesn't know how to fix those problems or he knows and can't communicate them to his team. Either is bad and it is time for a change. If the next guy takes them to the next step then we will look back and thank Johnny for getting us from Trent Johnson to the next guy.

Let's see how many meatballs Cody Worsham throws up today.

We have the weakest sports journalists here.

Saban ate their nuts for breakfast and they never recovered.

At least Les delegates on D. From what I can gather, CJJ delegates very little, and certainly not a whole side of the ball.

I'm not one of the Dale lovers/apologists here, but he learned early that delegating was in his best interests and it benefited him more often than not when he did (Huckaby, Duhe, Winter, Starkey all helped tremendously). CJJ needs to learn that lesson IMHO.

Just because hard questions are asked doesn't mean they get answered.
Most of the time you get a token blah blah blah answer.

None. Same for Les and Paul. Les continues to have the same time mismanagement issues and Paul can't pull a pitcher for nothing. But F King said football will be cancelled so we shouldn't worry about it.
