I think that's correct. One year suspension + one year transfer waiting period. Unless he goes to a FCS school, then it's probably just the 1 year for the suspension.

The year suspension started at the time of the infraction. Had he stayed at Florida, he would have been reinstated mid-season.

So the transfer suspension would start after next year if he were to transfer this year making him have to sit out 2 full years or would the transfer suspension start the same month his PED suspension ends this making him eligible sometime around October of 2017?
Wouldn't seem right to add an extra half of a year just because he decided to transfer.

Myself I want him, hey they took Franks, so we should Geaux after him. Plus he could sit for 2 years (suspension and transfer I believe) then have 3 to play after Harris graduates
