Both highly touted coming in. Neither won a title but both had many great moments.
Who do you think had the most success?

Bregman. If college baseball were taken even remotely serious by national markets then Bregman would have been a household name.

Both underachieving head coaches...they did their parts.

Bregman no question. Won SEC championships and took the team to Omaha.

If miles underachieved then every coach in lsu history underachieved.

Kind of an unfair question but Bregman had the better career but Fournette is now a Louisiana legend.

So you would call what Miles did IN THE LAST 3 YEARS not underachieving? b/c that's what was being stated. Not that he underachieved during his entire tenure like i'm sure you will say is what you're talking about.

I know. The sec west got crazy good. To a level no full conference has. Since 2011 6 different sec programs have had top 10 finishes and the 7th had a 12th place finish. No conf has had 7 programs with top 12 finishes since 2011.

Compared to what though? We had 2 10 win seasons the last 3 years and finished top 16 2 of 3 years. 2014 we started the 2nd most freshmen in the country.

Ha ha. If youve had the most successful tenure in lsu history it most definitely means he didnt choke and waste talent

did you know kramer robertson's mom was a women's college basketball coach?
EDIT: I googled it and she coached at Baylor.

Bregman.
2 Time First Team AA
National Freshman of the Year 2013
National Shortstop of the year 2013
3 time All-SEC
ABCA Gold Glove 2015
Golden Spikes Finalist 2015
Only Todd Walker had a more decorated career than did Bregman. Yes, McDonald had a more decorated seaosn, but not career.
Leonard Fournette isn't even close to the most decorated football player in LSU history. He had a great season last year, but I'd venture to argue Josh Reed's 2001 season was more impressive.

Yep agreed on the blossoming of the division. However everyone but Bama sucked this year pretty much, I don't recall final rankings last year. That's 2 of LF's 3 seasons.

Miles was justly fired.

Bregman, without question.
Bregman played in two CWS.
LF7 played in the Music City Bowl.
