Or did the college of music and dramatic arts restrict them to just the advocare kickoff?

Seeing TAMU's full band in Pasadena made me think about it.

I thought they only travel to 1 with full band. Wouldn't BYU be it.

Houston/New Orleans is the only full band trip this year

It's such a disgrace we barely see full band trips to SEC stadiums anymore. There's not much cooler than having the full band in an opposing teams stadium. Pep bands are almost not even worth it

Oh ok. So, different year same shite? And this guy has the nerve to get up and direct the national anthem like he cares about the band? LOL

While on the topic...

The half time show was awesome. I was tired of abstract squiggles and the best of west side story.

Spelling out louisiana looked good. The boot looked good and the moving tiger was cool.

I agree. They came out with a solid performance in game 1.

Speaking of, I miss Gordy's Bertman impersonation critiquing the band on the post game show. Classic.

You realize this comes from the Athletic Department and not the Band Department right? Travel budget for Tiger Band is all Athletics. It's Alleva. Just like he didn't want any opposing bands performing in Tiger Stadium the last couple of years.

The decisions about what size band we take to every away game are made by the AD and not the School of Music. The AD pays so the AD decides.

It is disgraceful that we do not take the whole band to places like alabama or Auburn every year.

And TGBFTL was very strong last night, pregame, in the stands, and halftime.
