I'll be impressed if Kiffin and O ain't hung out to dry or have hung UTK out to dry in 4 years tops.

I am between Chavis/Brick or Gus Malzahn...LSU always has the talent to be great, but this year our defense really let us down..you can blame coaching, but the players still have the talent..and Malzahn has had great success at Arkansas and Tulsa..and if Arkansas ever has recruits Malzahn will have a advantage there, especially in Northwest Arkansas..ive played under his system and coach his system now and i believe nobody has truly seen his system yet but seen a hint of it from the wildcat fotmattion..Kodi Burns should excell under Malzahns offense and works nonstop if it wont

I hate Tennessee, but I don't think Monte Kiffin will fail.

Remains to be seen.....I personally don't see the Tampa 2 translating well to college kids but I sure as hell ain't a coach.

yeah I think they accomplish something, not sure how much, but without a doubt I'm expecting big things from Chavis

Considering UT, MSU, Aub staffs all have new head coaches and we are only looking at new faces on the defensive side, I'd say we should have it harder than the others to actually impress. Their expectations are just to maybe get to bowls. We are expected to get a BCS bowl. So 6 wins and a bowl or a top 10 team. We really need our new coaches to impress.

I second that. There's no way they don't get nailed by the NCAA. It'd be hilarious if Alabama were the team to turn them in.

Furthermore, since the previous coach pretty much set the gold standard for player arrests, I have my doubts that a 34 year old is going to be able to reign those players in.

no..almost all junior highs and high schools around springdale run some variation of malzahns offense. the big part is a smart qb that can throw and run effectively..it uses a lot of motions and creates a lot of options on offense..i actually like malzahns offense more then crowtons offense so far
