Considering Johnny doesn't even have a philosophy, I'll say he's worse.

This. Johnny has no clue what he's doing. Les is stubborn but at least the guy has done things with the football program playing his style of offense. Johnny hasn't done a damn thing

Wow, what a cute post

to answer the question-
Les has the best running back in the country, and he has designed the offense around that player. He seems to feel that if you rely on tough defense, and use your most talented player in a way that highlights that player's skill, you should win a lot more than you lose. Les has won a national championship and played in the title game another time, with that principle. Seems to be pretty sound.

Johnny just brought in a talent as touted as any football recruit, including even Fournette, and the team is currently in danger of missing the NIT, let alone the NCAA tourney. That superstar player, a 6'10 forward, is bringing the ball up the court, standing outside the 3 pt line (despite not having a shot beyond 6 ft in his arsenal).

I'd say Les has a better handle on things.

I will never understand how people can still defend Les Miles. Sure, I agree he seems like a genuinely great guy and he has helped recruit some of the best classes ever but he is not an X's and O's kind of coach. He essentially coaches like Saban leaning on running the ball and defense but the difference is Saban developed a passing game. Miles refuses to do so and just constantly looks like a deer in the headlights anytime LSU is down. What kills me is some people will perceive this as "Oh you're a nega tiger and you're hating" but it's a fact. Give a coach like Urban Meyer this LSU squad and he'd give us 3 National Championships.

Urban Meyer recruits out of Ohio, one of the most populous states in the country and like LSU, is the only major FBS program in the state. In addition, he faces a B1G schedule. And he's won a single national title in 3 years... but surely he'd fare better in the SEC, a conference that he ran from like a little bitch.

Les should coach the BB team- he believes in giving the ball to his best player and letting him run- He would just feed Ben all night

JJ believes in letting the players do whatever they want- that might work for our football team as the players would run a lot of different plays

Just sayin
